Refund policy

Whilst Baboon isn't an eco warrior, he's aware that global warming is starting to affect everyone of us. With that in mind, we've decided to aim to be carbon neutral. Our products are made to last, and whilst delivery of goods does require significant resources, the return of goods (at least) doubles this. This is one of the reasons that we have decided to try to give you as many tools as possible to give you an informed choice and where other companies typically factor in the cost of returns meaning increased prices, we have decided to keep our prices low and have a no returns policy on all of our printed goods. We don't store stock in expensive warehouses and each item is made to order locally rather than being shipped from afar.  Obviously your statutory rights remain unaffected and it you have any questions you can contact us at hello@baboonsart.com
